Sam Eisenman, Consultant, has over 12 years of hospitality experience, with a background in both rooms and food and beverage. He uses his operational and management expertise to improve overall efficiencies through conducting area-specific analyses and observing employees conduct their daily activities to improve overall workflow and remove process constraints.
Most recently, Mr. Eisenman worked as the Executive Assistant Manager at the COMO Metropolitan, Miami Beach. At the Metropolitan, he was responsible for coordinating and supervising the front office, housekeeping, maintenance, spa, F&B, valet, and security departments while working closely with the General Manager on special projects. While with COMO Hotels & Resorts, Mr. Eisenman served as a part of the pre-opening team, in Miami and later as a taskforce member at COMO The Treasury in Perth, Australia. There Mr. Eisenman represented COMO Hotels & Resorts as a consulting team member and assisted the General Manager to successfully implement company standards. Mr. Eisenman was also the Student General Manager at The Statler Hotel at Cornell University.
Mr. Eisenman is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
