Karen Paik, Associate, has over four years hospitality and food and beverage experience. She is responsible for analyzing and redesigning work processes and management systems, working onsite with client managers and their teams to train and coach them to implement redesigned work processes, and supporting the onsite project managers to ensure they generate measurable financial improvements.
Prior to Post Script, Ms. Paik served as the Restaurant Manager at The Dinex Group. She was responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction during their dining experience, assisting the General Manager with staff training, pre-shift meetings, and general restaurant maintenance, and managing over 20 front-of-house employees and supporting them during service time. Prior to The Dinex Group, Ms. Paik was the Banquets Department Supervisor at The Statler Hotel. She trained new employees and hotel students, scheduled 150 students and full-time employees on a weekly basis, and served and interacted with up to 400 guests to ensure satisfaction.
Ms. Paik is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.
