Jordan Bell, Project Manager, has over 8 years of consulting and food and beverage experience. He uses his expertise to improve operational efficiencies by conducting area-specific analyses and observing employees conduct their daily activities to improve overall workflow and remove process constraints.

Most recently, Mr. Bell worked as a Project Manager at Carpedia Hospitality. At Carpedia, he was responsible for overseeing client engagements from improvement strategy development to financial and operational results measurement. Mr. Bell was also tasked with compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data for presentation to senior executives and was responsible for creating case material and training modules for internal employee development. Mr. Bell previously worked for Moosehead Breweries, where he was responsible for data analytics on company-wide and industry-level sales and distribution trends, making recommendations to senior management regarding departmental performance, and creating a more well-balanced, data-driven approach in the market place. Previously, he worked as a restaurant General Manager.

Mr. Bell received a Masters of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
